I have been having reddish spots on my shins for the past 6-7 months which are intensely itchy. Few of those spots resolve after a few days but the others have remained as it is since the beginning. I have used lubricants, levocetirizine, doxepin, desloratadine, hydroxyzine tablets, halobetasol, clobetasol + neomycin, creams but have not found any relief. Can someone please help me in at least guiding me as to what problem I might be having and any investigation which may help in confirming the diagnosis. I have had Eczema on my shins before which has been resolved with steroid skin cream.
